1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContentVibing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. ContentVibing reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

ContentVibing provides AI-driven content generation tools designed to help individuals and businesses create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content. Our platform includes content generation, editing, optimization, and analytics features available through various subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content without proper attribution as required by your plan

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the Service using your inputs belongs to you, subject to the terms of your subscription plan. The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, remains the exclusive property of ContentVibing. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

ContentVibing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
